I found this dentist because I was in pain and needed to see someone who offered emergency dentistry. After paying a large sum, I did get some relief. I became an established patient, but after months, the initial problem is still not fixed... Just keeps making small appointments to work on the same issue. Had a cleaning and they discovered something else that would need an appointment. Called because the tooth was causing terrible pain, loss of sleep and constant discomfort. Was told the office would be closing at noon and that they couldn't fit me in. I was also told that I could call over the weekend if an emergency and he would come into the office to see me. I asked since I was an established patient, if he would bill my insurance - which I'm glad I did, because the answer was no. Sad to see that my pain relief is based on the cash I can provide up front - even after becoming an established patient with insurance who never fails to pay my bills.
