I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
