They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment(s) were mostly pointless--my time was not respected or valued. I was frequently kept waiting for long periods of time. What was supposed to be accomplished in 3 visits is still dragging on after 3 months and I still don't have dentures that fit.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but didn't go out of the way to help me. I felt like my needs were almost met, and there was no extra effort. First my denture took a week longer to receive, then there was a problem with it, it did not fit right. I wast sent me home with it anyway,it was suggested that I learn to live with it. I had to return it because it cause me pain, and I could not eat. The replacement took another three weeks to get back, it was better, but still not what I expected for the price. The office was easy enough to find.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The office was easy enough to find.
