They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. Ended up having a few HUNDRED dollar bill from two cleanings. When asked to explain, they said it would be sent to collections if not paid. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. Not good service.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
