I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

We drive 140 miles round trip to go to Dr. Burson. No other Dentists can compair to him. He doesn't need the extra business; he has a loyal following.
