First off, they do not give you any information regarding your treatment plan. They are extremely vague. I went for a 6 mo. checkup and they found 3 small cavities. Had them filled the next week, no problem. 6 mo. later back for a cleaning, different dentist, found 11 cavities! but was vague and said "a couple". Scheduled appointment to have "left" side worked on. 3 hours later she had apparently done 6 fillings on one side. Told me to make an appointment for the right side. I asked how many were on the right and she said 5! HOw did I get to 11 cavities in 6 months??? And, the procedure was nothing less than awful. She must have injected novacane 10 times and still could not numb the nerve. I have NEVER experienced pain from dental work like this in my life. Also, she didn't ask if I wanted white or silver fillings... just went with white and ofcourse cost me extra. I need a crown on one tooth but probably won't be able to afford it because they have almost drained my maximum funds for dental work from my insurance. 3 weeks post fillings and I stil can't chew on the right side because of the sensitivity in the tooth she "fixed". I will never open my mouth or wallet to this practice again.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
