I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
