Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.

I have been going to Drew Jones DMD for 20 years and he is the best Dentist I have gone too.
They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
