I arrived and sat waiting for little over an hour. This dentist had come recommended to me so I was a little surprised. After an hour or so they called me in. This office was not busy!!
When I arrived in the back they did my x rays. The assistant points the blocky things in my mouth and then trips on the cord, RIPPING them out!!! OUCH!! What a bad experience. They didn't clean my teeth and when the dentist finally arrived he seemed gone and like he was annoyed of the patients. It made me feel uncomfortable and I just wanted to get out of there. NO WAY will I ever go back to this office, Brown Dental gave me a very bad experience.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I love Dr. Brown's office. I have an eight year old that goes and loves them. To this day she does not know that she gets a shot when they fill a cavity. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
