I totally always recommend my friends and family to come here. On our way here today, my daughter told me her friend needed braces and she told them to come here! We love the backpack they get the first day! The personable office staff and helpers, Dr. Trapnell who is always willing to explain and who puts on awesome fireworks shows and other fun contest, we even got snacks today! Thanks so much for making our many years here great. We feel like family. My kids love the drawing and prizes. What kid doesn't.

All my visits to Trapnell are full of positive people. They are helpful, happy and encouraging. If you have to get braces, this is the coolest place to come! Thanks for being awesome.

I really like Dr. Trapnell's office because they do their work quickly and easily and Dr. Trapnell is super nice. I just love the atmosphere.

Dr. Trapnell is always friendly and professional. We trust his judgement skills and we always feel like he care about the kids in his office. Thank you to all of the assistants and staff for being so wonderful.

Worst orthodontic experience I've had. As a adult I went in to be treated for TMJ (i had a painful jaw with clicks and popping noises) which my regular dentist referred me to an orthodontist.. The staff was friendly enough however Dr. Trapnell was rude and insulting. He took one quick look at my x-rays and then examined my mouth. He then looked as if he was Irritated and told me that my face was crooked and essentially walked out of the room. the next thing I know an assistant came in to fit me with an appliance. the orthodontist dismissed me and whatever questions I had. My experience was bad enough, I'd never consider bringing my children there.
