I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They described the desired results, but I'm not sure I have a really good idea of what my teeth will look like after the braces. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

The office staff is kind and professional. My son likes the Doctor. He still has his braces, but so far, his teeth are looking good.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and my daughter and make us feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughter's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
