Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I call Dr Brown my "feel-good" dentist. I have been going to him for 14 years and he is gentle and kind...even to those patients that have not been keeping up with a dentist for years. I love the new office that he has with the art gallery for all of his paintings. Beautiful.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
