Staff nice, but is not always knowledgeable about the billing processes and dental work. I had a tooth removed and there is a noticeable shard sticking out from my gum. They said it would "go away in 3-4 months" but it has been 9 months and it is still there. Also had a billing issue with my childs braces, of which the girl at the desk told me incorrect information which delayed the process for over a year with negative dental results. With that being said, the dentist was friendly and accommodating. Once one of them even pretended to be a puppy so that my child would be distracted from the procedure and not be so frightened. I was very appreciative of that. We felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
