I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider did not offer any promotions that I knew of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their scheduling ability. I was home on leave from the mlitary and was able to schedule my appointment right away. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
