The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. A blonde bitch made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me and told me not to come back even though I was doing business with an associate. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I'm not through smearing this bitch and everyone associated with her all over the Internet.

I have been going to Dr. McCann for over 20 years and have never had an issue with his professionalism or his staff. They have had some changes in the last couple of years, but the current ladies in his office are just wonderful to deal with every time I go in or call.

We've used this provider for 15 years, new management came in at the end of 2011 and ruined their customer relationship with us. Now we have to find a different dentist :(

The staff is friendly enough, the dentist himself is a pretty great guy but I just can't deal with incompetent manager that has no customer relation skills and doesn't uphold to prior commitments and resorts to illegal tactics to try and pressure decisions to be made.

All of the old reviews on this site prior to 2012 will not reflect this new management change!!!
