There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
