Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff answered everything i asked and more to put me at ease. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
