I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
