I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The dental chair I sat in during my procedure wasn't too great. My back was really sore after my procedure. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
But their pricing is not reliable. I was told 1000 for a root canal then after they start, i find out that i'll have to come back to have it finished, which is an additional cost. and that the crown wasn't included in the price. I don't even know if I'll have to pay them to put the crown in. They seem like they are money hungry and don't care about people who don't have insurance. I thought a thousand was outragous to save one tooth but so far it has cost me two thousand dollars. Once I get my crown I will not be returning for future work. RIP OFF

The staff seemed like they were trying to be friendly but didn't want to be there. Then when the doctor finally came in he took one look at my mouth and made a smart comment to the nurse about my teeth and laughed then walked out of the room. The procedure was very expensive and I couldn't afford it all at one time so they gave me my "options". They weren't very flexable with making arragnments and then when I advised I have the money right then to get started they said oh wait nope we wouldn't be able to do anything till next week sometime. Keep in mind this is about my front tooth being broken! And just yesterday after a month I recieved a bill in the mail for a visit that I already paid for!!! I eneded up going to Soloman and Steeley and I could have been happier :)

Ok Folks, here is the lowdown on this particular Dentist. HE IS AWESOME and the staff is amazing. It is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. If you are like me and scared to death of having your mouth messed with. I can reassure you that you have nothing to worry about. For the first time my wife was right on about this dentist. She gets a big atta girl.

i used to work at this office and it's TERRIBLE . employees are berated (sometimes in front of patients) and all hate working there . i have also witnessed dirty instruments being used and that office is definitely not up to code with health standards .
