When I moved here i used this dentist at the recommendation of family who has been using them their entire life. I must say that the office was extremely clean and the facilities and equipment seemed to be of the latest technology. But it lacked the personal and homey feel I was used to with my last dentist. The reception desk staff was very nice but the technicians, although professional, lack charm. They clean and then go. No pleasantries here. At the practice i used to go to, the dentist would always come in at the end of the cleaning and quickly look at your mouth and talk to you a bit. The friendly, get to know you visit at the end of every appointment made it that much easier when you had to go to him for something like a root canal or filling. It would make you feel at ease because you knew him and not intimidated by a perfect stranger like the dentist at this office. Please don't misunderstand, this office was very thorough and clean and seemingly state of the art. Every one was professional and no one was rude. If this is the type of office you are looking for than it is fantastic. I prefer all those things in my dentist office plus the feeling that they actually care about me and my family personally. This office was just a little to professional for me. Dare I say robotic.
