They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
