I do not recommend this office. As a nurse and nutrition consultant, I pride myself on the healthy habits my children have. 1 of my 3 kids, (ages14-21) has always had "problem teeth". (The other 2 have never had a cavity) She has had extensive work for a decade. After coming to A+ for many years, today I was verbally attacked by Dr Simeone, whom I had never met before. I was told that I am a bad parent and need to teach my daughter healthy habits and to not be a bad influence.I was also told to stand up and take responsibility for my actions as a parent.I informed him that she does not drink soda, eat candy, and we don't even have sugar in our house, and he told me that I was being "untruthful". I am disgusted by the actions of this "professional". I would never approach my patients or clients in this manner and, if I had concerns, I would not approach them in front of a room full of people. No child or parent should be subjected to the poor service of this practice. My daughter has needed a root canal since March and this office has not made any effort to get the approval from the insurance company. I have even offered to make the call for them. I am now being attacked because she has cavities in the teeth around this bad tooth?! Terrible practice!

They are fun loving professional people who care about their patients. They made coming to the dentist a bit less of a chore. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I like that they have one female dr. and one male dr. to insure that I am comfortable! The front desk staff really went above and beyond for me after my insurance was giving me some issues they helped me resolve it right there in the office so that I could keep my appointment. Thank You A+ !!!!!
