Everytime I go in they claim I need dental work replaced even though I am not having any problems. On three occasions, once the filling was replaced I then needed a roote canal and crown. Dr. Stephen Verber needs to give it up already. He is the rudest dentist I have dealt with. I will never go to Dr. Wiley again. As he was putting on a crown, I told him I was in pain. He told me sorry, I can't give you any more novicane you will have to deal with the pain. Days later I needed a roote canal. Needless to say, my family is switching dentists.

Absolutely incredible, thorough, gentle, and professional care. The staff were all wonderful, accommodating, and friendly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have been employed at Verber Family Dentistry for a little over a year and a half now. To read some of the above reviews hits really hard because there are a lot of untrue things said. I have worked at 4 different dental offices in the past 2 years and this is by far the best working experience I have ever had. I immediately felt right at home when I started working here and like I had joined a big family. The Verber's (and their associate, Dr. Wylie) take pride in their dentistry and the care they provide for their patients Dr. Stephen Verber built this practice from the ground up many years ago and continues to give back to the community by providing free dentistry for those less fortunate and giving to many charitable causes. I believe strongly in ethical dentistry and none of the doctors, including Dr. Stephen Verber, have ever done anything to make me question their intentions. I've seen the entire staff go out of their way to make sure every patient has a first-class experience while visiting our office and I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this team. I have referred my entire family here because I want to make sure they receive the best care possible when it comes to their health, and that is what every patient can expect when visiting Verber Family Dentistry.

Hygienists, technicians, and office staff are great and have wonderful customer service skills. I'd rank them among the best of all healthcare providers I've encountered. The dentist, however, is a different story. Dr. Stephen Verber is rude, arrogant, and sadly needs some customer service skill retraining. It's all about the money to him, and you'll be lucky if he grunts out a hello. He lacks personality, and his abrupt manner is shocking. One would think with his education and years of experience, he would sprout some compassion. Not so. I'd encourage him to retire and be miserable in wealthy retirement far far away from customers. In the meantime, if you go here, be sure to bring your life savings with you, because he wants it all.

I went to Verber Family Dentistry because a neighbor recommended them and because they were voted Simply the Best. I can see why. The whole office was great and very updated. My last dentist hand told me I needed another root canal (my 4th). The assistant took photos of my teeth and Dr.
