They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
