I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. Dr. Toporoff should have his shaky hands reviewed by the licensing board. His attitude, skills, demeanor and overall presence is a menace to society.

I have to say that my Dentist was very professional, unlike the one receptionist who is very rude. The initial greeting should not be "You have an appointment". How about, good morning, how can I help you? Also, try to refer to people by their name.

She needs some major customer services training!!
