Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
