I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It really worried me that I couldn't get any questions answered here. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone! The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious.

Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
