They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They insisted on procedures and products that were not covered by my insurance company. They even charged me for the chemical that they put in their water when you rinse! If I didn't "buy" their higher priced non-covered recommendations, I was made to feel as if I was a pauper and not really committed to the health of my teeth.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Charging $30 to release your xrays is rediculous! They are already getting paid by the insurance company and how much does it cost to send a quick email. NOTHING!!!! UGGGG I will never go there.
