It was a great experience! The entire staff was friendly, professional and prompt! They were good at explaining things – from the paperwork to the procedure itself. I am very grateful for the care I have received and would gladly tell my friends about them. This is a must see periodontists!

They did nothing to help my grandaughter who was in pain with a toothache, took xrays and referred her elsewhere!! So are they a dentist or not because they surely did nothing for her!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The biggest problem that I have is that, the partial plate that I was fitted for, does not fit at all. There is a VERY large gap in the back and it does not fit tight to the roof of my mouth, even if I use Polident, or some other adhesive like it. When I went to the Dentist to pick up my "finished" partial,I noticed that there was a large gap in the back that didn't fit tight to my mouth. There were also pointed, sharp (spikes) that went between my front teeth and hurt very badly. I told the dentist and the assistant about these things. When I went back a week later, I told the dentist that I needed it tighter in the back, as whenever I tried to wear it, it was so loose in the back that my speech was impaired and I sounded like I was drunk. The answer that I was given was,"Good luck with that, It's not going the happen." As a result, I have NOT been able to use the partial and I am unable to eat the foods that I need and am losing weight. My weight loss is the least of my worries. My blood is seriously messed up. I have a very high white blood cell count and my red cell count is very low. Much of this being caused by my inability to chew foods properly. If a person has no teeth that come together in the back, they can not chew most foods and therefore can not eat foods needed for a proper diet and nutrition.
I have always taken care of my teeth with the exception of the first couple of years after my divorce and now, the past 1 1/2 yrs. I need to have dental work done, however,( as nice as the ppl are that work at the Resource Center), I need to have a partial that fits. If I can't get it there, I'll have to find somewhere else to go and I REALLY don't want to. I would just like to have this problem fixed so that I can eat a regular meal and so I can smile without ppl seeing my gums. I would also like to be able to speak with the partial in my mouth and sound normal instead of slurring my speech like I'm either drinking or taking medication. I get no help at all from them and certainly no help from medicaid. I really don't know what to do.
