Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I ended up spending way too much here. And I cant believe that when I went in to have my teeth cleaned, I felt like I was rushed through my appointment. It is very much like a clinic. Furthermore, the staff at this office is constantly changing. You never know who is going to greet you when you walk in. I have also overheard the dentists being disrespectful to their fellow employees.

It's ok. I only go there because I am in college and still under my parents dental plan (luckily). If i had i different option I probably wouldn't go there. If I have a question you literally have to schedule an appointment, to talk to a dentist. And everything is a consultation one day, then you have to schedule another appointment to get the problem fixed. If i were able to ask the question over the phone I could have saved myself weeks of waiting (I had to wait until I was on another school break to go back again)
