This dentist insisted that I have a crown put in for a graying front tooth. When I asked about veneers as a possible alternative, she insisted that a veneer "would probably break off." She then drilled away 90% of my front tooth and gave me a plastic temporary crown that would not stay on. I went in every few days to have it replaced, but there was not enough tooth to hold it. For months I had no front tooth and looked like a homeless person. When the permanent crown was finally ready, the same problem kept occurring. The crown would not stay on.

The dentist then told me I would just have to get an implant. Are you kidding? I never went back.

She also replaced two fillings. The one on my upper left has never stopped hurting after over a year. I also get sinus infections frequently in that area. Not sure if there is a connection, but I wouldn't be surprised.

This is the only dentist that left me worse off than when I went in. I actually have dreams where my tooth falls out.

I don't recommend this dentist at all.

I only chose this practice because they were in my dhmo and I needed a cleaning and root canals. No one recommended them, I chose them because they were in close proximity to my home. These two doctors are the worst dentists I have encountered in 30 years. Examples...
Starting root canals by giving one shot of novocaine, barely sufficient, not listening to me at all when I had tears rolling down my face and begging them to give me more novocaine because I was about to go through the ceiling. I was told, "don't talk, I'm almost finished cleaning the canal." I endured this 3 different times - never anything different - same calloused attitude. After the first root canal, I was told "take motrin." They flat out refused me anything stronger. I told them I was used to motrin already and it wasn't helping. They finally gave in and wrote me a script for 10 tylenol with codeine. Wow. Not used to be treated like I'm not responsible enough for percocet or vicodin. Next root canal? Same thing. Flat out denial - they even asked me, "Don't you have any tylenol left from the last scrip?" I said, well, I have 3. They -oh-so-generously gave me scrip for 2 more. I'm not kidding. I actually had to go to the pharmacy for a scrip for 2 tylenols. Ridiculous. Patients in there were screaming, I'm not kidding. I heard a young child crying out in pain once... and these women were the most calloused unprofessional doctors toward this child, I couldn't believe it. One time, a man stood at the receptionists window hollering at the dentists for some unknown reasons, swearing he'd never be back. I started to feel the same.
Oh, and the work they did? Another dentist (I changed practices, of course) told me he's never seen such decay... there's no way they could have done these root canals correctly. Great, I am going to lose these teeth afterall. The topper? They refuse to send me or Cigna my x-rays without charging me (hello, illegal!) and keep ignoring all of my requests.
If/When I can get my hands on these xrays, I am pretty sure I am going to sue.
Is that enough of a warning for you to stay away from these doctors? Check their credentials. Schooled in Persia. No thanks!
