Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
