I and my family have been patients of Dr. Hipps for over 5 years now. We feel that she is a Dentist with extraordinary qualifications and skills. Although we are presently living out of the country when we return to the Raleigh area we seek her services and still regard her as our primary Dentist. Her Office staff contributes greatly to her practice and is a great asset.
