They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Dr. Avery and Jo, the hygienist, are both very thorough in their exam work. All the staff is courteous and thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone in this area.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. One of the first things I noticed about this business everyone had a smile.Dr. Avery takes the time to talk with you ,and get to know you!

I have had many fillings in the past and have never experienced such pain as I did when Dr. Avery did two fillings yesterday. I told him that I was having pain and yet he continued to drill. Even after I started crying and moaning in pain he continued. Finally he did inject more numbing medication, but he did not give it any time to work. He laid the needle down and picked the drill up and started again. The first tooth was done. He started drilling the second tooth, it was ok for a few seconds. Then I felt excruciating pain and told him it hurt. He continued to drill and said "bare with me just a little longer." I was still crying and moaning, but he did not stop. I am extreamly disapointed with his care. I will never ever go back to his office again. I hope that no one else suffers like I did.
