They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
I have recently taken my son to Dr. Paynich in Asheville. Please disregard the ratings on anything other than customer service for this review. Dr. Paynich was very kind and courteous with my 3 year old. It's the desk staff I find problem with. My child was scheduled a procedure on a date inconvenient for my family. I called the day I received the letter and left a message of this. Almost 2 weeks passed with no word from the office and the original date approaching. I called for information and the desk clerk tried to put blame on me! He was rude and said their machines kept recordings that they checked regularly, he had even called my child's primary care (who i did not cancel with, his date was sufficient) and tried to use that as proof I had not called them! I like the doctor but the staff needs a lesson in customer service and friendliness!

Their dental equipment seemed clean. I can tell they sanitize, but they seem very disorganized. Looking for things while we waited and seemed rushed. I don't like how the employees all talk about personal issues with one another in front of my children. It was not professional at all. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
