No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Most of the duties are handled by the assistants and hygenists, but Dr. Leal always stops by to take a look. He does lecture a bit... but doesn't get preachy, if you haven't been flossing. My insurance is..unique.. so I can't say I ever had any paperwork/billing problems, but the staff always seems friendly. Overall, nice, up-to-date with nifty digital x-ray tech. Kind of hard to find the first time I went to their office.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
