Very insurance driven practice, took a second opinion after visiting this Center. Most of the dr's are young graduate....Clinic is not customer focussed but a lot "insurance" money driven.From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

I never right reviews but I felt so compelled. I wish I'd read these reviews before I went. This was the WORST experience I EVER had at a dentist. They were unprofessional and completely horrible. They called me when I left and told me to come back to fill 4 cavities. I went to a different dentist who told me I had none. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Visited the dentist due to an auto accident. Office manager didn't know how to handle auto insurance and work the claim. The manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. It was very hard in getting my insurance worked out. I paid up front, the insurance paid them too, but I never received my money back. It's been over a year! Dentist was ok but somewhat dated and not up on new treatments or equipment and repair options, Just wanted to put dentures in and pull all your teeth! OUCH! If you like being in a factory assembly line setting and getting dentures this is the dentist for you! Be ready to be ignored by the office manager when it comes to insurance.
