They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely return.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely, they took everything I had to say very seriously

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

No, I was always attended to

I had to wait for a little while.
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
No
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
