I am very happy with the care they provide. I think I can be hard to get numb, but the dentist does a good job and I'm always comfortable.

The office was easy enough to find. They never use foul language. People at the front desk and financial services were very friendly and helpful. But, the dentist and hygenist weren't very helpful. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I have to tell you what a great find this dental office is. It is no pressure, no high soliciting for unnecessary interventions (contrary to the office we transfered from). And the staff is so friendly and warm. The other day, we almost missed my daughter's appt because my car battery died and they were not only nice enough to call to check on me, but they held our appt until we could get there. (Luckily, there wasn't another appt following right away that we might have interrupted....) I could share more accolades about them, but plain and simple, these folks are homespun and swell!
