As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
