They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. There is a long waiting period even if you are on time. And you can't get a straight answer as to length of time. So plan to wait a while if you go for any reason.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

I have four children who had all been seen by Dental Clinics North in Petoskey for years. We recently moved near Traverse City so I scheduled appointments for a cleaning and x- ray..They were all in and out in 20 minutes.. So I am not sure what kind of cleaning they received.. Not only that the receptionist was rude and the staff very unfriendly to the kids...My 17,8 & 6 year old begged me to find a NEW dentist. Which we did right away. Then when I called to cancel the appointments and let them know that we had found a new dentist . The receptionist was clearly rude and hung up on me !!!!!! I understand that Dental Clinics has gotten alot of money to put into thier clinic, lets hope it starts with a friendlier atmosphere ...I have heard many horror stories from other parents...This is some kids first experience with a dentist and if it is not a good experience it could harm that child for life !!!! Come on people I realize its low income but doesn't mean we don't deserve better treatment..
