It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Yes, it was convenient

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Yes, I was in agony!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
