I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. My Son was very comfortable with everyone in the office. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are relaxed.
