They made sure every single question I had was answered. His staff is friendly and professional, and this made the whole experience that much better. I always leave there feeling well taken care of. Dr. Hammond doesn't force anything on you, it is your own decision and he doesn't send you to the lab every time you go. He spends time in the room and doesn't act hurried like some doctors. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
