Waited 2 months to get an appointment regarding my child's chronic ear infections. My appointment was at 9:30. We were not seen until 10:30. Was advised to put in tubes and sends me to the check out window to schedule a hearing test prior to surgery and for surgery itself. However they are booked out over a month for hearing test and probably can't get scheduled in for surgery until sometime in April to May. We are in mid Dec mind you. Left there with no surgery appointment only for hearing test a month and a half away. So glad my child's hearing is important to them. Here's a tip if you are that booked out stop taking new patients. Beyond frustrated. Wish I would have know this two months ago as I would have just gone to Boston.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
