Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
