This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I really didn't like that they didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had no idea what to expect, and I didn't feel informed enough to make a decision. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding.

There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Whenever I call them, I usually have to wait a very long time before I hear back. They should really stay on top of their calls better.

I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. The office was easy enough to find. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. no longer accept Harvard Pilgrim

Dr. Tissera, is by far one of the most unethical Psychiatrist, I have ever encountered. His nurse practioner Karen, is very rude and crude, and has a very harsh bed side manner. I often questioned who the patient was. After seeing DR. Tissera for over a year one day, he flat out refused to see me, with no explanation. By law this is known as "medical abandoment". If a provider chooses not to see you, they must provide you with a certified letter, continue to fill your medication, and see you until you are able to find another provider. Dr. Tissera, does not care about this patients, any physician who could just refuse to see a patient and leave them high and dry, with out there medication, which in turn could have serious withdrawl effects. Dr. Tissera and staff are by far the worst group and they truly don't care about patients health care. He should not even be practicing medicine.
