Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always had games books etc. for the kids which I thought was nice and they didn't spend all their time telling the kids to be quiet. I found Dr. Rooney to always be professional but at the same time she showed she cared about my child and how she was growing up.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
