I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I have been to this office almost a dozen times. They can get busy and make you feel rushed, but it is a very large place with many clients waiting. When we had cleanings done staff was mostly friendly. My kids are teens, so they felt a little wierd in the "group" cleaning room. Plus the seats are decorated with Dora,Sponge Bob, etc, which my teens still had fun fighting over. The hygenist's could have spoken to them a little more adult-like since they could converse on a more adult level.
For fillings the team of people were very patient and fun to spend an hour with. Since getting a filling is never fun, they did make efforts to make it relaxing and go quickly.
Overall, staff has treated us well.
