When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They were so nice and gave me toothbrushes and toothpastes after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. The furniture and decor are great fro children. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful and professional.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
